Residential accommodation is located at part ground floor and from first to seventh floor. Commercial / retail space is located at ground floor fronting Surrey Street and community / events space is being re-provided at lower ground.
The mixed use nature of the building responds to the existing diversity of uses on the site; it aims to retain or replace existing community uses and contribute positively to the Surrey Street market.
