Planning application submitted for Station Road, Greenhithe

Here at Regent, the team are still working away in these unprecedented times.

We’re pleased to announce that we have just submitted a planning application to redevelop a site in Greenhithe into a new residential development, providing 66 new homes over a four to five storey building. The site is in an excellent location, adjacent to Greenhithe Railway Station and the bus terminus on Station Road.

This redevelopment presents an exciting opportunity to:

  • Re-propose an underused site in a highly sustainable location
  • Deliver much-needed high quality residential accommodation.
  • Deliver much-needed affordable housing.
