A high quality mixed-use development of eight flats and commercial space in central Barking. The site at 9-10 The Triangle, off Tanner Street, is close to both the rail and tube stations. The eight, one and two bedroom flats, plus over 370 m² of commercial floor space at ground level, were designed by Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects. All the apartments are self-contained, well proportioned, and comply with The London Plan.
