2 Bensham Lane, Croydon – plans submitted for 15 homes

Regent Land & Developments have submitted a planning application to transform a vacant industrial site off Bensham Lane in Croydon.

London Borough of Croydon Council has been asked to consider plans to build 15 houses and flats to the rear of 2 Bensham Lane, which is off the London Road, and close to Croydon University Hospital.

The proposed development will regenerate a vacant industrial site and provide new homes, including apartments and houses to rent in meeting the council’s housing targets and local needs.  The architects for the development are MDR Associates and the consultants are Bilfinger GVA.
