Planning Application submitted to Croydon Council for The demolition of existing buildings across the site and the construction of a part three / part four storey building, a part three / part two storey building and a part three / part one storey building, to provide 25 residential units and 676m² of commercial floorspace (mixture of flexible A1/A2/A3/B1b/B1c/D1/D2), associated car parking, cycle storage and landscaping.
It is considered that the removal of the existing building and the provision of a new high quality mixed-use scheme will help to improve the townscape character and appearance of this part of Hamsey Green Local Centre as well as delivering new commercial floorspace which will enhance the viability and vitality of Hamsey Green Local Centre.
