Chesterfield Close, Orpington

Regent Land & Developments is to apply for planning permission to build three houses on vacant land in Chesterfield Close in Orpington.

The proposal to develop the site, which was previously used as car parking, is expected to substantially improve the local environment as well as fulfilling a key need for affordable accommodation in Bromley.

The plans for three, 3-bedroom homes, will shortly be submitted to London Borough of Bromley. The properties have been designed to complement the local area, in terms of character and appearance.
