New scheme announcment: Imperial House, Colindale

Regent Land are pleased to be working in partnership with Hyelm Group Charitable organisation. Together we are working on delivering high quality, affordable accommodation.

This site will deliver 3 – 16 storey buildings to provide 155 bed spaces in a co-living residential development, together with 26 social housing units.

Alongside this there is 499 sqm of commercial space.

The scheme will be project managed by Redloft and Hunters with Planning Approval expected for late Autumn 2019.
