We’re delighted that our plans for a new mixed-use development in Rotherhithe received unanimous approval from Southwark Council Planning Committee in February 2022. The new building will provide 48 residential flats and new commercial space at ground floor level.

One of the most important factors for us when it came to the planning the site, was retaining and improving the existing public realm space around the building, which includes a new landscaping scheme to allow for the existing trees.

Southwark planners were particularly pleased with the exceptional design, which we worked on extensively with Formation Architects, RGP, Q Square and Thorncliffe.
