Limpsfield Road – Latest Update

The Limpsfield Road development is well underway, with Bonds Builders having added another floor since our last update.

25 Units, consisting of 6 two bed houses and 19 one & two bed apartments, with over 4,000sq ft of retail space below. The phone hasn’t stopped ringing on this one, with many in the local area keen to snap one of these exclusive properties up. 

Optivo are the Housing Association linked in partnership with us, who are offering all the properties as part of a Shared Ownership scheme. 

The development is still on course to be completing in the Summer of this year.

* The houses are nearing completion and were looking great in the sunshine today. The site is coming along great and looks set for Summer 2018 completion.
