New affordable homes scheme for Surrey Street, Croydon

We were pleased to see four years of hard work come to fruition with the completion of our site at 5-9 Surrey Street in Croydon on Friday 14th February.

The site is set to be home to 60 new residential units, a new public realm space and 6000 sq. ft of flexible commercial space A1 to A3 and D1/D2. We are delighted to have partnered with PA Housing, who will deliver a fantastic affordable homes scheme to regenerate this historic market location.

This has proved to be one of our most exciting projects to date in Croydon. It has been quite a journey and we are extremely proud of all of the hard work that has been put in by the team working on the project, including Croydon Council planners, to ensure that the site will play an important role in the future development of the area.
