We’re pleased to announce we have exchanged on another unconditional acquisition for the purchase of 12-38 Hatcham Road, SE15.
The site adjoins our current approved scheme at Iberia House and we look forward to expanding our interests in the Old Kent Road opportunity area, working in co-operation with the planners at Southwark Council.
