We’re pleased to have submitted a planning application for no. 12-38 Hatcham Road, SE15, for a proposed scheme providing 49 residential units and approximately 1500sqm of commercial space.
The site adjoins our previously approved site, Iberia House, for which we’ve gained planning for 33 units. Both schemes will provide 82 new units in total and nearly 2,500sqm of flexible commercial floor space.
