Planning application submitted for new homes in London Road, Teynham

Regent Land is pleased to have recently submitted a planning application to Swale Borough Council for 10 new homes, with associated car parking and infrastructure, at a site in London Road in Teynham, Kent.

This is a lovely little site, which will provide much-needed new homes, designed to complement the settlement’s location and surrounding area of Teynham.

We look forward to receiving a positive response from the local authority in due course.
