Following our recent public consultation, we have now submitted a Detailed Planning Application to Colchester Council.
The proposal is for the development of 20 new houses, including the restoration of a grade two listed mill. We’re looking to regenerate a forgotten and underused riverside site which will only enhance this location after years of neglect, and hopefully provide some fantastic new homes for the future.
