Planning approval received for Penge Road

We are pleased to have secured planning approval from Croydon Council for 1-3 Penge Road in South Norwood.

The quality of design for this scheme was paramount due to the site’s unusually shaped location, and the team of designers presented three different colour options, which were submitted to the planning committee for their decision.

We look forward to seeing how the final red/orange brick design that was chosen will brighten the main artery road leading into South Norwood!
