We’re delighted that our planning application for a proposed new development of 48 flats and ground floor commercial space at 19-25 Rotherhithe New Road received unanimous approval at Southwark Council Planning Committee earlier this week.
Southwark planners were particularly pleased with the exceptional design, which will enhance this prominent London location.
The application process for this site has been quite a journey and we have worked tirelessly with the Planning Officers at Southwark to achieve this outcome.
