Cross Lane, Hornsey

At the end of 2020 we were pleased to be granted detailed planning approval by Haringey Council for our site in Cross Lane, Hornsey.

The new mixed-use development will provide 50 flats and 187sqm of commercial space in a popular part of North London, within walking distance of Alexandra Palace and Hornsey train station.

The scheme has been designed by Formation Architects, in consultation with Q Square and RGP, to enhance the conservation area and the community as a whole, as part of the significant regeneration currently underway in the borough.
