Here at Regent Land & Developments we are continuing to work throughout the second period of lockdown, acquiring new sites and planning and submitting applications in Croydon and South East London.
We have recently acquired some exciting new sites (including Hatcham Road in Southwark) and we are pleased to add another, with our latest exchange on Pollards Hill North in Croydon.
We look forward to submitting a planning application for a ten-house residential scheme on this lovely little site in Norbury, South East London in the near future.
