Update: planning application for Iberia House approved!

On the evening of Monday 29th July 2019, Southwark Planning Committee unanimously approved our scheme for 33 flats over 9 storeys, 35% affordable provision and over 900 sqm of new, quality commercial space over 2 floors.

Special thanks to all our Consultants, namely Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects and Richard Quelch at Q Square Planning Consultants. Looking forward to finalising the 106 agreement and starting on site in the very near future.
