Here at Regent Land & Development, we have submitted another exciting application to Croydon Council, in partnership with Scream Studios.

Scream Studios has been present in Croydon for over 20 years and have been an essential platform for upcoming bands and performers in that time. In working in partnership, we aim to keep this facility still present in Croydon for generations to come.

We are working with Scream Studios to create a modern new facility to allow this important cultural hub to thrive; we are proposing a flexible new multi-purpose studio and rehearsal/performance space, alongside a provision of a small residential scheme of six new houses and two new flats.

The application has been fully submitted and awaits Croydon’s planners’ consideration. The Regent team remains hopeful and is looking forward to the delivery of the new scheme in the near future.
