Hatcham Road, SE15

Following the approval of our planning application for Iberia House, we were pleased to acquire the adjoining site at 12-28 Hatcham Road in August 2020.

Working alongside Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects and Q Square, we submitted a planning application for a new development on this site consisting of 49 residential units and 1500sqm of commercial space in March 2021.

Altogether, both schemes are set to provide 82 new residential units and nearly 2,500sqm of flexible commercial floor space as part of Southwark Council’s Old Kent Road area action plan, which also includes the creation of new public open spaces and improved transport links in the now newly named ‘New Bermondsey Quarter’.
