The Pleasure Boat Public House

The Pleasure Boat Public House, Alperton

Completion was achieved on the Pleasure Boat Public House in Alperton site in November 2019.

The Wembley site is set to accommodate a 23-storey tower, with a new public house and public realm space alongside the Grand Union Canal.

The site forms part of the planning proposal for 474 new homes, which are set to be delivered by Redrow Homes and Peabody Housing Trust .
